Terms of Service

Last updated: .

These terms set the rules for using obruno.pt and the tools and content available here. By using the site, you accept what is described below.

01About this site

obruno.pt is the personal and professional site of Bruno Matos, Senior Campaign Manager in performance marketing. It exists to present my work, share paid media content and let you get in touch about projects.

I am currently full-time at SpartAds and available for select international engagements. For brands based in Portugal, contact should go directly to SpartAds.

02Using the site

You may read, share and use the site content for personal and informational purposes. You may not use the site in a way that harms its operation, attempts to access restricted areas, scrapes data abusively or breaks applicable law.

03Intellectual property

The text, brand, design and other original content of the site belong to Bruno Matos unless stated otherwise. You may quote and link to the content with attribution, but you may not copy it in full or present it as your own without permission.

04Tools and informational content

The calculators, benchmarks, glossary and other resources on the site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are estimates and decision aids, not guarantees of results. Any business or advertising investment decision is entirely your responsibility.

05Contact and proposals

Sending a message through the form does not, on its own, create any contractual relationship or obligation to provide services. Any collaboration depends on a specific written agreement between the parties.

06Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. I make a reasonable effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or the tools available on it.

07Links to external sites

Some links lead to third-party sites I do not control. I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

09Changes and contact

I may update these terms whenever needed, with the date at the top indicating the current version. For any question, write to info@obruno.pt.
