How I work

Strategy
first,
platform second.

Most operators open Google Ads and start creating campaigns. I start by understanding the business.

Who's the customer, what's the margin, what's a good sale vs a bad one, how long is the cycle, where money leaks. Only then do I open the platform.

That's why clients stay. I don't sell services — I help them build a business. And they know there's someone on the other side who thinks the way they think (and who also wants to sleep with the account growing).

I read your unit economics before I touch your ad account. If the math doesn't work, no media buy fixes it.

Metrics that pay salaries

Vanity metrics don't pay rent. I optimise for the line your accountant actually cares about — revenue, margin, LTV.

I tell you what works and what doesn't. No hedging. If your funnel is broken, ads won't save it — and I'll say so before you spend a euro.
